Curved Lacquer Dial
Greytown dials are crafted by patiently building multiple layers of lacquer over a curved surface.
Because the lacquer naturally flows downward on the curve, each layer must be guided with a steady hand and careful control to settle evenly without drifting out of place.
Through this demanding process, the dial gains its clear gloss and balanced depth, while light glides gently across the curve to reveal a calm, three-dimensional presence on the wrist.

We have achieved a distortion-free view by utilizing high-purity sapphire crystal, which enhances the watch's natural clarity and brilliance.
Seamlessly encasing both the visible face and the hidden back in a slender profile, this transparency conceals a hardness second only to diamond.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Every GREYTOWN SERIES timepiece is meticulously inspected by our master watchmakers prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.
4-year Movement Warranty
We guarantee that your watch’s movement will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage: If the movement malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect or assembly error within this period, we will repair it or replace the necessary components free of charge.
Condition: The watch must not have been opened, modified, or serviced by any third party other than the official INKLINGSWATCHES Service Center.

After submitting your inquiry, send the watch along with the original warranty card to the address provided in our reply.
Exchanges & Repairs (Warranty)
Exchanges & Transit Damages (Defects on Arrival)
1) A one-to-one exchange will be arranged immediately once the item has been returned and inspected.
2) If stock is available, a new replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
3) If stock is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of parts, a full repair, or a refund depending on the situation.
General Exclusions (What is not covered)
Accidental Damage:
Issues caused by impacts (drops, shocks), crushing, or magnetic fields.
Water Damage: Moisture ingress resulting from failure to secure the screw-down crown or exceeding the rated water resistance depth.
Unauthorized Access:The warranty is strictly void if the case back has been opened or if any repair has been attempted by an unauthorized watchmaker.
Repair Process & Lead Time We aim to return your watch as quickly as possible.
Lead Time: Repairs may take up to 2–3 months to complete depending on parts availability and the complexity of the issue.
We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure transparency.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
(For pre-order and limited edition items, refunds are not available once the order is placed)

Lost Packages / Customs Delays

We will provide assistance with the required documentation on a best-effort basis, but ultimate responsibility rests with the carrier or customs authority.
