Shipping Dates
Your order will be inspected and verified within 1–2 business days of payment before dispatch.
Please note that estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL International Economy, FedEx International Priority, or EMS (Korea Post).
For customers in Korea, CJ대한통운 may also be used for domestic delivery.
Payment Provider / Credit Card Errors
If a credit card error occurs at checkout, it is most often due to security policies or restrictions imposed by your card issuer, rather than our payment provider.
Please ensure that your card is enabled for overseas purchases. Kindly note that additional verification measures, such as OTP codes and address matching, may be required.
Lost Packages / Customs Delays
All international orders are shipped via DHL International Economy, FedEx International Priority, or EMS (Korea Post).
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Claims must be made directly with DHL, FedEx, EMS, or the relevant customs office.
We will provide assistance with the required documentation on a best-effort basis, but ultimate responsibility rests with the carrier or customs authority.
VAT / GST / Excise Taxes
Please note that domestic VAT has not been charged at the point of order.
DHL, FedEx, EMS, or their local partners may require you to pay VAT, GST, or excise taxes applicable in your country prior to delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for such taxes, except for domestic Korean VAT where applicable.
Exchanges & Repairs (Warranty)
All timepieces are meticulously inspected by our master watchmakers prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, a one-to-one exchange will be arranged once the item has been returned and inspected.
If stock is available, the same model will be replaced at no additional cost.
If stock is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of parts, a repair, or a refund.
Exclusions (Customer-Induced Damage)
Damage caused by impact, water ingress, or chemical exposure
Wear and tear of consumable components such as crystals, straps, and buckles
Unauthorized modifications or non-official service records
Repair Lead Time
Depending on the condition of the watch, repairs may take up to 2–3 months to complete.
FAQ
Do I need to register an account to purchase?
Yes, a valid account is necessary before purchase. We recommend that customers register for an account prior to any pre-order, so that the checkout process will not be delayed.
How can I track my order?

Will changes of addresses be allowed?
Due to the very short lead times between allocation and delivery, changes of addresses will not be allowed. Successful customers are advised to enter an accurate shipping address at the invoice finalization stage. Any changes after the fact may result in cancellation of your order and reallocation of your watch to another customer.
